I had to use a post office to deal with a form I needed to send. I read some of the negative reviews here but decided to give them a try anyway. The experience I had couldn't have been more positive. A lady named Roxy helped me with my inquiry, said I didn't need the form and it could be all done much simpler digitally, which she helped me with while I was there. It's now all sorted and was much simpler than I imagined. She was very professional and friendly, and I was really impressed and will definitely use this post office again

If only I read all the review at this post office. The worst ever and rude customer service ever. I think the only holding this as open is because is at the main road. But very rude people. If you argue they started pointing finger on you and starting arguements and indicating lies after lies. Then all of them over the counter will talk to u even you jusy dealing with onr teller. I 100% regret it. And will put a petition to make this post office close. Because this is not the 1st time I had a same problem with them.
To the owner,piece of advice, can you kindly send all your staff to customer service training.

Whenever I go to this post office, the staff are polite and friendly even during peak hours when it’s busy. The staff are also efficient and hard working. I appreciate that this post office is open until 7pm too during the week.

Very rude and dismissive, totally unwilling to take responsibility for mistakes. Avoid if you can.

*Update: despite the branch denying any knowledge of any wrongdoing in response to this negative review, Royal Mail has upheld a complaint made against the branch for not accepting delivery of our recorded package and lying to us about it.

Awful, miserable and rude woman working on Saturday 29th March. If you hate your job, find another but don’t treat people disrespectfully, throw parcels around, shout about an old man’s card being declined and roll your eyes. Would never use this post office willingly.

I had a cash to deposit 10th January 2025. I asked the shop assistant, can I count the money in front of you before give it to you. He said OK. His name is Mohammad, suddenly four more people started to queue in the shop and the shop assistant told me to leave the counter, count the money on the corner and came back to deposit it after that. I told him, I will finish to count the money in 30 seconds. He didn’t want to serve me. Because he wanted to serve to the people who waits on the queue. Then I left the post office Putney without deposit the money. It was embarrassing service.
