Awful - mismatched components thrown together just to complete a spec. I paid good money for something that simply should not have been on sale. Not my opinion, that of the guy I asked to see whether it was salvageable.
No way had it been tested or checked in any way after being assembled, otherwise the BIOS problems, the processor errors and component faults would had to have been noticed.

I bought a video card for £ 600 and it came with an envelope without protection for the box, minor but major damage to the box occurred because if you want to return for any reason they refund you 85% for damaged box and without warranty seals.
opened the box I did not find anything of accessories like: stickers, installation CDs and other things that gigabyte normally puts in its products.
this box and video card has been opened and is definitely used but they sell it for new.
be careful what you buy because you could lose a lot of money.
before buying I also checked the reliability of the site and it was not bad but these are the results.
BE CAREFUL!!!

Bought a 1K+ PC with them through eBuyer with next day delivery for a good price. Seems like a good quality build. Case had a tiny screw missing - I contacted customer services and they sent out a replacement the next day - great customer Service! Thanks

I purchased a £3k computer for photo editing configuring the PC myself as I have a reasonable knowledge of computers. Their website is informative not just when ordering and building the PC but gives you a running status regarding the build process. Two days after delivery, I ran into a problem with a boot failure after a Windows update. The support over the telephone was immediate and within minutes the computer was up and running again. Very impressed. I should also say they were quick to reimburse me when I had configured something that wouldn't fit in the case I selected. They called to discuss the problem with me and within the hour the monies had been returned. How good is that.... top marks!

The service is incredible. The PC, however, is not. Spent an awful lot of money on a good spec gaming PC thinking that because these guys are specialists, we'd be getting a good deal. From day one, it's been nothing but problems. To be fair to Punch, they really tried to fixed the PC but, after one return and many many emails, I finally gave up and sent the PC to a local repair shop. No wonder the PC was so bad: the cooling system had failed, the wiring was shonky, the power system not up to the job. Nearly £500 later and the PC finally works.

I have to say the service from these guys has been incredible. Would definitely use again for my next gaming PC. Any issues, they have always been available to speak to on the phone which is really appreciated in this day and age and also come back very quickly on emails. Special shout out to Oliver in their tech support team! He’s been a legend with any issues I ever had!

I ordered a PC from Laptops Direct that was built by Punch Technology. I wouldn't recommend laptops direct but I'd highly recommend punch technology. Punch fixed my broken PC free of charge. They reinstalled Windows and put in a new graphics card. Amazing service.

After reading the excellent reviews I configured my ideal pc roughly within my budget of £1000. I did go over a little but called their technical support team to confirm my choices. Very helpful indeed. They advised a few minor changes to reduce the cost but not degrading the performance. Great service. I look forward to receiving my new PC in a week or so. Very impressed so far.
