Broke down on M4 & managed to get to hard shoulder at foot of a slip road. Credit where it's due, what an amazing service. My vehicle was completely stuck at home on the drive with multiple issues! The other WSM based recovery firm could not help at all, so I was so grateful to Prossers that they found a solution. Extremely friendly and helpful throughout, they transported my car with no fuss and no damage to the car or driveway. Cannot rate highly enough

Without this business, I would’ve been in deep trouble! Mark came to rescue me when I broke down while visiting family in the area. A true gentleman, he diagnosed the problem really quickly and took the car off to the workshop for repair. Within three hours it was back and I was able to do my 200 mile journey home in safety. I cannot recommend Prossers highly enough – they were real “knights in shining armour” for me, and I am so grateful for their care and attention. Definitely 6/5!

Recovered me from taunton m5 junction 23 10.30pm at night john very friendly got me and the children off the motorway
Back to their yard and got there mechanics on it straight away and they ordered the part and I was on the way by 🚗 12 the next day great service and even advised me on a great hotel and lovely restraunt would just like to thank mark dawn and the team

These guys are amazing wouldn't use anyone else has a minor accident in my car 20mins they were on scene getting me home all other recovery companies were around 2 hrs
