Great service from a very hard working team, the people who work at Prolog care about their customers and their staff. It is a great place to work and the support we are given is very high, I lost my Dad last year and Prolog could not have been more understanding and gave me all the time that was needed to get things sorted, letting me have longe lunch breaks to sort things out. You feel thanked for the work you do and the management team will always praise the work you do letting you know you're a valued member of the team.

Not the greatest place to deliver or collect from as there is no bell so they want you to walk through the warehouse to get the correct department. I find this odd and dangerous as forklifts work in the warehouse.

They know exactly what a DTC brand needs for fulfilment - Paul, Wayne and Craig have been great to work with on our transition over to them. V impressed and service level means we can concentrate on scaling rather than chasing orders.
