I was very worried about a noise coming from my brakes so I called Toyota who I lease from and they couldn’t fit me in for 2wks so I called around and VMS saw me the same day! It took pretty much all day but they were determined to source the parts needed and fix the issue so my car was safe.
Very impressed with the work and efficiency. Sarah was helpful and a delight, even making me a cuppa while waiting.

We first used VMS Customs for a service, mot and cam belt replacement on our much loved Mondeo estate. Then again for a service and MOT for our Qashqai. From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with Sarah, Mike and the rest of their team. Sarah does a fantastic job of explaining what needs to be done and how much it will be, along with Mike showing you the parts that have been replaced and advising further. Their transparency on prices is a major plus for us, no silly charges and you know exactly what you need to pay before any works are carried out. Will definitely be recommending to everyone and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I called in asking it they could spend 5 minutes to change my lower engine mount. I was able to drop the car off the same day.

Had the initial part replaced to find there was an underlying issue elsewhere that was solved the next day. All symptoms where leaning towards a broken flywheel but they didn’t jump to any conclusions and found the faulty part.

It Was my first time coming to VMS and I was very happy with the service I was provided. Would definitely recommend.

I was recommended this garage by my partner and I can solidly say I was blown away by the service. I went in for an air-con re-gas which was very reasonably priced and was completed in the allotted time stated. Additionally to this Mike and his team was very helpful and accommodating and solved other issues with my car without me asking. I cannot thank them enough for their service and this is somewhere I will definitely keep close for future car issues I should have and I would recommend anyone reading this does so too. You won’t regret it.

I found VMS online and didn't realise it was just up the road from me. so we took the car in to have a stereo fitted I found them pleasant and friendly to talk to, we were told that it would be an hour so we rang after the hour and they explained it would be longer due to them being busier than normal which was nice to be kept informed. We got the car back and realised that the screen on the radio dvd you could not see. So I rang them straight back up again they took the car in at my convenience and fixed it very quickly. I found them very professional in how they handled me my car from start to end and would not hesitate to use this company again and would recommend them to everyone.
