We needed the appliances in a property PAT tested and certified. This was an urgent request, Proactive were superb, they managed to squeeze us in on the same day as we called and 10 out of 10 to Josh who worked late to provide us with the certificate. Amazing service. 🙂👌

When my MacBook died, I called Herts IT and within 24 hours I had a fully functioning laptop again. They were extremely helpful on the phone, I was able to drop the machine off straight away and within 5 hours they had performed a diagnostic, identified the issue, suggested a solution and given me a reasonable quote. The work went ahead immediately and I collected it the next day.

Really friendly service and very affordable. Mike was super-helpful and I couldn't have been happier. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys. They'll be my go-to for any IT issues from now on.
