I had ordered a carrier service from Priority Express Couriers Ltd. for a 5ft funeral spray with fresh flowers to be picked up by 10 am. However, they were 45 minutes late. The delivery driver, who was driving the van, informed me that his supervisor was following behind in another car. I wanted to speak with her, but she simply rolled up the window. I did not say anything, as I was only interested in inquiring if I could accompany the van to ensure that my customer received the funeral spray in the appropriate condition for the funeral. Additionally, it is worth noting that an apology should have been offered for the 45-minute delay, especially considering that I had emphasized the time-sensitive nature of the delivery due to the funeral taking place on the same day. This situation was quite disappointing.

At last - an exceptional delivery company! When I had a problem with a delivery, it was great to find they had a real phone number, answered quickly by a real person. He understood the problem, resolved it and promised to email me the next day with the delivery time. Not only did he email me but he called me to check I had received the email and to give me an accurate delivery time! I was so impressed - particularly as I had spent half a day the week before just trying to find a phone number for Evri that would really be answered by a human and not a machine (I didn't succeed and in the end found a driver to help me). Everyone I spoke to at APC, from the man on the phone to the driver himself, was so friendly and helpful. This is how to run a delivery company! I wish companies would look at the reviews before deciding which company they use to deliver their goods. I won't use companies that send via Yodel EVER, and will only use those who send via Evri if the parcel isn't critical.

Been using them for some time now. Always very helpful on the phone and the driver who collects has been excellent and very accomodating. A few bottle breakages over the time but they've always redelivered successfully.

Absolutely disgraceful company. They delivered my parcel to a business 10 minutes away from me and when I logged into the tracking (to see where it was) it told me to call a number. I therefore called this number which charged me. As this was their error I requested that the phone charges were refunded to me only to be told that they do not have telephone numbers that charge. I therefore sent evidence of the charge and they advised that they have other numbers I could have called which are free and that they wouldn't be refunding me. This wasn't an option when I tried to track the parcel as it only gave me one number as an option. Steer Clear.

Great customer service, I had problem with a package and needed it to be sent to me in time for an awards submission. Ben from the bristol depot immediately found out what was wrong and and rang me back with in update on the arriavl of my parcel.

So good to know people are still helping people, are we really going to let this go for machines ? Thansk so much, absolute legends.

Best delivery service I have ever had! I thought my luggage was long gone! I wasn’t home and didn’t answer my phone so he left. Then I called him and he came back with my stuff!! And left it in a safe space until I got home. 100 percent recommend!

Dropped off a parcel into Bristol Depot mid morning on Friday 20th. The item arrived at the address in New York on Sunday morning 22nd. Fantastic service.
