The first time I used this company, I was very happy with and I also recommended on one of the groups I know. Good driver, good car and fair price (£80 fo a 4.00 am transfer from Cambridge to Stansted). The second time I was not happy at all. After I completed the booking for another night transfer, a bit later I received an email telling me that there was a £20 unsociable fee to add to the £87 (total becoming £107) reservation and asking me if I still wanted to go ahead. They also told me it's written in their T&C. Shame is not written in the booking form, which is the only thing I opened to calculate the total. It's just a new HIDDEN fee that they have added, as I didn't pay it the previous time. Any extra fee should be added at the time of the checkout, like the PayPal fee is added as well at checkout, they shouldn't email later to say that there's an extra fee. I decided not to go ahead with them and used another company which took me to the airport for £79. Shame.

I would like to take the opportunity to say how pleased we were with the service we received when we were picked up from Stansted on a Saturday evening. The driver was perfectly on time for my journey and kept me updated along the way. He was professional and very polite, his driving was excellent and we all felt very safe!

Good communication before and after booking, and we had a very pleasant transfer to Nottingham with Svetoslav, who was punctual and respectful and drove safely.
