Couldn't buy anything as i didnt have £5 on my card, even offered to pay the standard 50p card charge on top but was told no my boss would probably kill me

A narrow shop but contains most things you are going to need, with always helpful and polite staff. As a Premier convenience store prices compare with Budgens. Supermarkets are 8 miles away so a 16 mile round trip brings a shop at the supermarkets and their prices into some focus.

Great local village shop, it has never been a convenience store as some may think and the elderly regularly use this shop. However, I am now disappointed by the increase in price of fresh produce and goods, so much so, I am now having to shop in the large supermarkets and other large outlets.
