On a couple of occasions I have contacted PCS to arrange a timed same day delivery, unfortunately on both occasions I have had to cancel the delivery through no fault of PCS. I felt compelled to write a review as Sabina, the Customer relations office was very accommodating, quick to respond and couldn't do enough to help. On this basis I would highly recommend this company and I wouldn't hesitate in contacting them for any future deliveries

Great customer service. Even without actually going ahead with PCS as the letter could not be retrieved without myself being present personally, the team went to all lengths to attempt to assist including driving 30mins from there location to the delivery office without me paying a penny. I did offer to pay something just for the time they took to even try and retrieve this letter, to be told... its fine, if you can leave us a review, that will be enough. Incredible. Thank for trying PCS. Would highly recommended

I wouldn't bother using this company stay well away I bought something online that ended up being a duff company and they stole my money and this was the delivery company for them. I don't know if they where's involved but I sent this company several emails regarding it and they didn't bother getting back to me so stay well away

What a FANTASTIC service... Really got to grips with an urgent requirement, turned up early, coordinated the supplier to package a late delivery of glass panels and kept us up to date with the progress and expected delivery time. I can't fault them! Brilliant!
