Great help last year when choosing the right mower. When a part needed replacing this year Paul was fantastic with regular communication. As the new part was delayed they supplied a brand new replacement mower free of charge. Great service!

Just dropped my Honda rear roller mower off with Paul. He was v attentive as usual and took the details. Looking forward to the mower not “hunting” as a problem…!!…since no Honda specialist (2) in Cardiff area seems to be able to cure the problem….!!
Post script : the Honda problem now “cured”. Carburettor cleaned out. Advice on avoidance for future which no-one ever said before - been using mowers for 50years…!! Chris excellent in the workshop and v knowledgeable.

Powercut’s service/workshop team delivered an absolutely exceptional level of care and workmanship bringing a used machine from a pretty unhealthy state back to a refurbished condition. I am seriously impressed with the level of mechanical knowledge and skill that has gone into this job - from stripping the machine down piece by piece then rebuilding to easily as good as it would have come out of the factory.

All of the staff’s efforts are a credit to the team at Powercut, they have got my small business up and running with advice and sourcing/matching/installation of the right equipment so I can get the job done for my customers.

I've have dealt with Powercut for the past 19 years and they have always supplied me with John Deere equipment to maintain our 18 hole golf course. The ongoing back up and support from them is first class I know I can order a part and recieve it within a couple of days at most. They are always at the end of a phone to help with any issues I may have and if i cant resolve it one of their experienced mechanics will quickly come down to help. All in all a first class service from a great company with knowledgeable and friendly staff

Bought a second hand John Deere ride on from here. Really pleased with the service we received. Before purchasing the mower was taken to a grassed field they have so we could see it cutting the grass and have a go ourselves. After agreeing to buy it, it was thoroughly serviced including replacing slightly worn parts and properly cleaned. It was then delivered to our property, demonstrated to us and adjusted for our particular grassland. All in all a very professional service. Spot on!!
