Most of the time there is swift and friendly service however there is sometimes an awfully unpleasant and unhelpful lady working there that I’ve seen been be rude to other customers. You have to take your chances and hope the nice staff there are there on the day. Such a shame about the one unpleasant staff member as, as a post office, they offer a great range of services!

Person working at the post office counter clearly not trained properly and didn’t want to try and help me. I needed to post some travel related COVID tests to a lab and was told they couldn’t accept them which I was later told at the Bexhill post office was not true. Very frustrating as they were time sensitive to send.
