I had a wonderful experience at Post & Packing Swindon. The owner & team members were extremely supportive and went above and beyond to assist me with my packaging, return needs.

They have well assisted and supported me for my lost corrier through FedEx.

Their service is top-notch, and they made sure everything was handled efficiently and professionally. It’s rare to find such genuine customer care these days, but this shop truly stands out for its excellent service and friendly behavior. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable and friendly postal and packing services. Thank you for service and recommend others.

Had to return a parcel abroad using UPS the gentleman was very helpful.Explaining what I needed to do because of customs, more than the company which i bought the product from.So if need to pick up or drop off parcels I will be sure to use you again.

I visited the Post and Packing shop in Swindon a few days ago to return a parcel to Amazon Germany via DHL. I was unaware of the customs process, but the staff was incredibly helpful. They handled everything for me, ensuring my parcel was returned without any issues. The team is very organized, professional, and friendly. They didn't ask for any extra money either. Gentleman was really helpful. Helped me return Amazon parcels to the USA which did not have clear instructions . Helped me print off the correct documents. So if you need to return Amazon parcels via UPS, please use this provider if unsure as your returns will not get lost!

I was here on Thursday 24th in the afternoon for a UPS drop-off. I hadn't done it before, and the gentleman who served me was so kind and friendly. He really went out of his way to help me.

The store itself was light, clean, and uncluttered; a very comfortable environment.

I had a wonderful experience and would recommend using their service.

Very good service right from the pickup in Swindon to delivery in Sweden. Few challenges but I had received all required help, support and follow ups from the relevant teams in Swindon.

Appreciate the level of following up with UPS folks on the current progress of shipment untill delivery.

Had issues with 2 other UPS senders, tried Post and Packing expecting the same issues but they were super helpful and knowledgeable about the customs process, will use as my preferred mailer from now on and can't recommend them enough.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. The guy who works here is so helpful, polite and friendly. He knows what he's talking about. Will always recommend this place for sending parcels etc. 😀
