Absolute rubbish waited in more than one day kept looking at tracking number then was sent back to depot never rang doorbell being self employed cost me money they just don't care

Informed parcel was out for delivery on the Monday, later that day informed driver has experienced a short delay, check back later. Tuesday tracking said parcel loaded and scheduled for afternoon or evening delivery. Of course no parcel arrived. It is now Thursday and tracking has not updated and still claims it’s going to deliver to me 2days ago.
Is it lost, has driver left work early Monday with all the parcels in the vehicle still and not returned to work since?

Another parcel also due this week and has been “out for delivery” “due today” for 2 days so far….. let’s see if today (3rd day lucky) it arrives.

Tracking is useless, ignore any delivery dates given as u won’t be getting ur stuff that day or the following day. China post is faster and more reliable than yodel and even Royal Mail can manage it quicker than yodel.

Appalling service. DON'T EVER USER - Pester your suppliers not to use either!

Their driver considered it a bright idea to leave a two-high stack of wine boxes in front of the outward opening main door to our apartment block, thereby blocking a main fire exit. Major health and safety issue.

He/She/They could have easily rung the doorbell to be let into the block and then delivered the package safely to our front door. But no, their drivers repeatedly left boxes outside in all elements. Surely the combination of glass bottles in cardboard box and rain are not a sensible combination but I guess if you don't care about customer satisfaction why bother thinking it through?

Paid for 24hr delivery for a parcel from the Wirral to Dorset, was assured it would be there within 24hrs, paid the premium for this and 36hrs later it's still sitting in the Poole depot, the Royal Mail are pathetic, outdated, and wholly unreliable, should have used FedEx, please people if you've got something important to send, don't use the Royal Mail, there a by gone service that are just propped up by name!

Non card left for both parcels.where I need to look for them no one knows !!!!!

Don't waste any time with this lot, use another parcel service. They can't deliver my parcels to me, as the address they have been given is incomplete, I contacted customer services (on hold for 39mins) to be asked my full address, I told the lady , she confirmed one line is missing of there system but they still won't deliver until the sender contact the poole depot to inform them of my full address, I can't even collect as my full address doesn't match the incomplete address on thier system, so my identification is invalid.

Have now heard from the sender, Parcel force poole have the house number, street name and post code but can't deliver as one word from the village name was missing, you would think the post code, street name and house number would be enough, but apparently not

Should of been delivered yesterday, still waiting today, been tracking came no where near my property and its been returned to depot. One very unhappy little boy who now won't get his birthday present. Cheers Parcelforce!

Such poor service, backlog in Poole depot means my parcel is now 3 days late, with no signs of being delivered any time soon. Come on ParcelForce, you can do better
