Almas the Postmaster is rude, lazy and a liar. He made several random and unrelated excuses to avoid accepting a return, purely because he couldn’t be bothered. He said he doesn’t accept Amazon parcels, which he does and I have taken Amazon returns before. He said my parcel is over 20kg without weighing it and which is not true, and the parcel had the weight printed on the outside - 6.9kg. He shouted at me saying I was ‘wasting his time’ with the parcel. Throughout the whole interaction he acted incredibly smug and immature. He also claimed that the Post Office does not have a complaints policy - which is obviously not true. I have made a complaint through the Post Office online complaint portal and I am awaiting a response.

Update: your reply was a whole lot of nothing - completely unhelpful. Judging by your other reviews you clearly have this problem often, not ‘18 years no problem’. I also don’t know why you have added a notice about ‘physical or verbal abuse’?
