Excellent customer service, very friendly stuff. Specially Robert & Mariana are fabulous… Polimax does very high quality jobs, always puts smile on drivers face. Polimax done full satin black wrap on my brand new tesla model y performance. Gently dismantled my brand new vehicle and put all badges, spoiler back in my car perfectly. They are very trustworthy and i always get them to look after my car. Highly recommended you will not be disappointed.

Called last minute and spoke to Robert who booked me in within an hour. Had to get the rear window removed and redone (not done by polimax). Happy with the service and explained all the work fully. Will be back again for sure. Friendly staff and great customer service.

First time I used Polimax service was because I needed urgent exhaust repair. They had no issue fitting me in same day after I tried so many other places. Then I had sideskirt extensions and front splitter that needed installing. Polimax once again fit me in same day. The receptionist was very good, both times provided flawless service.

I took my mercedes cla here today for a backbox delete (with my already res delete done a while ago), wheel spacers all round and re done my body kit (as there were chips, sagging and cuts hence needed attention). They were phenomenal and done the job properly and with care! They also have great communication, from giving the quotes for these to be done (in which the prices are really good and compete with other styling shoos in London), booking and calling back when my car is done (as other garages dont call back and leave me wondering and having to chase up, not polimax). I also did want a wing spoiler to be fitted. though the great people at polimax did advise against it (not from how the spoiler looks on the car and the aesthetic side, but from the spoiler i bought to them in which would cause more harm in the long term to the bonnet, structural rigidity of the car and even cause risk to other cars around me, especially on the dual carriageway/motorway). I followed their advice and will return the wing i bought and will purchase one that is much lighter, has better surface area and will be better for my vehicle (structurally and aesthetically and pose no risk to others around me). All in all, they done an outstanding job and will 100% be coming back for any more styling needs in the future! (whether it be with my existing car or the next car I own)!

probably the worst workshop i ever been to. went there for a stage 1 remap and headlight tinting. they didnt put the car on a dyno ramp or anything, said my car will perform better with it, when i got my car back, it felt the same in fact the fuel economy was halved (270 miles full tank vs 450 miles before) the car now is spewing smoke from exhaust and the remap has just ruined the car. they gave me a little piece of paper and said 'lifetime guarrentee' but when i went back there they said they can remove the remap but no refund after i paid a whopping £380! as for the headlight tints... literally made no difference in the tints and did a horrible job with bubbles and loose ends. i had high hopes for this place especially after reading reviews but now looking into it, its just a fake scam. i wont be coming here again and i hope no one makes the same mistakes as me
