My delivery usually arrives on time and couriers are nice and polite. Sometimes I can't get through on the phone and although I received a text I received no time slot and delivery of medication was not made on that day . Overall staff are nice and helpful when I speak to them so many thanks for your service.

Gave me delivery dates 3 times but didn't show up on any of them. I'm still waiting I need my anti rejection medication luckily I have back up but if I didn't I could lose my kidney. They are just playing with your life. absolutely useless company avoid using them there are other company's that I will be looking in to to get my medication. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!

waiting all day for a delivery of fridgelined medicine, distributor tells us its 4:15pm to arrive, it's 6pm now and no sign of delivery. no tracking no one working past 5pm so I can't even get through to customer support. It's now the weekend, don't even know if delivery will come tomorrow on saturday or not if no one delivers....

As a renal transpant patient I am very happy with Polar Speed service and today I would like to give special thanks to the company for hiring very good staff like Anca, who has gone super extra miles to make sure I receive my immunosupresive treatment despite the disruptions occured between the hospital and the pharmacy. Staff like Anca , so dedicated and determined , providing great customer service are people to praise as they can save lives.

Delivering essential medication, partnered with many specialist pharmacies but employ people who don’t even bother to go to addresses on their route then refuse redelivery. If you find out anything essential is coming through this company, ask if anyone else can ship it

This delivery company is getting so bad in handling my antirejection medication, not answering the telephone and denying receiving any prescriptions I think they should be struck off the NHS suppliers list. Today the 28th of September I received an phone call from Polarspeed concerning the delivery of my prescription dated the 11th of September and marked needed by me by the 14th of September and can they arrange delivery, in words of Victor Meldrew 'unbelievable '!
