Diabolical. They've been emailing me the day before delivery for the last 3 weeks which I haven't been available for. One of the suggested delivery times was 11pm-3am!! All the delivery times that I was offered started at 6am which surely isn't even legal with the noise it would make.

Anyway, they emailed yesterday saying they would like to deliver this morning, I emailed back within 20 min saying I was unavailable. Next thing I see is a text from Pinnacle and a missed call from my neighbour at 7:48am saying they've delivered my mattress to him! Luckily my neighbour is very accommodating but I have some grovelling to do.

Had our delivery of new garden seats today and are really pleased with them. The delivery guys were mega helpful with accessing our garden down the long gravel drive, thanks again

I am awaiting a delivery via Pinnacle storage solutions from the Kitchen Dresser company - their communication has been utterly atrocious. I’ve never experienced customer service like it. Asked for a delivery to happen after a specific date as we were away- emails and answer phones about delivery despite being abroad. Couldn’t call so emailed back to their admin address on main page but apparently ‘didn’t get email’ and therefore job not done. No apologies (email definitely went to right address) and nothing but rudeness. ‘Didn’t get message’ about being away. Never their fault by the looks of other reviews.

Received an item intended for some else. My name and address on outer box, someone else's inside. No one answering the phone so can't get in touch with them to arrange pick up of the incorrectly delivered item, and enquire as to the whereabouts of mine. Incredibly frustrating. Avoid.

Started using Pinnacle Storage Solutions this year to deliver furniture orders to our clients and everyone I've dealt with within the company have been helpful and polite.

We tend to give our customers a follow up call post delivery to find out how the delivery went and to make sure that they're happy with the their order and we're very pleased that our customers have all come back singing praises of the Pinnacle Storage's delivery team.

This firm was meant to collect & deliver my furniture efficiently and swiftly it took 11 weeks and 2 attempts as the transport was loaded wrongly. The staff on the telephone in particular one female was so rude it was beyond comprehension, avoid this firm like the plague they are badly organised have no manners and don't care; for completeness they were delivering on behalf of Oak Furniture UK Cumbria see separate review both firms donot deserve to be in business based on the way they have dealt with our order and delivery.

A shameful excuse for a delivery company.
Unfortunately a company that I dealt with use these as a delivery company.
They damage property, show no care with whatever they are delivering and then take zero responsibility.
Avoid at all costs.

Had my bedroom furniture delivered today. Excellent communication prior, on time, fantastic lads. Problems getting the pieces upstairs but they did not down tools and leave, they stayed and sorted it all out
Would recommend this company to anyone.
