Great clean unit and a fantastic price to pay. Nice touch having sweets and water when you move into the unit waiting for you.

Easy to book and able to utilise unit within minutes.

Probably fine for short term but not good for anything longer or businesses.
Use pressure tactics "only 1 unit remaining" this is BS. And as others have stated they start with a reasonable price but soon jack the price up.
Introductory offer was £15/wk for 6 weeks, extended for a further 2 week if the leave a review, which is why the have many good reviews as this is before the price increases.
Up to £30/wk after that, which was still okay.
After 2 months this went up to £40/wk, starting to get close to other units. Then after another 4 months it jumped up to £55/wk, with only 1 days notice.
Edit: And again after a further 4 months up to £65/wk. Just glad I'll be out of here next week, was supposed to be short term but got held up.
Although they offered to reduce the cost this never came to anything, I guess they want you to beg.
My card was frozen due to suspected fraud on the day payment was due and because they couldn't charge me, I was hit with a £20 late payment fee immediately, without any warning they couldn't take payment. Ridiculous.

The unit itself is as expected, damp, mouldy and musty on the inside. Don't store any fabrics as they will get ruined.

They don't answer the phones, all automated answer machines that direct you to their website and email.

The ANPR doesn't always work, and the pin code I was given has never worked. Not great for business. The emergency out of hours number is an automated answer machine also, never got called back.

The only god send is that it is exceptionally easy to break in and trigger the gate from the otherside. I doubt anybody is watching those cameras.

Go elsewhere unless you'll be gone in a month.

My first impression here was sadly very poor, I was allocated a unit outside the secure gates, and the pin code didn't work for the key locker. A wasted trip that cost me 3 hours and loading a vehicle, unloading, then reloading. I was absolutely fuming. It was just after 5pm so no phone support.

The man on the phone line was very helpful the next day and allocated me an internal unit the next morning. I didn't catch his name, but top service. He's given me some credit towards my storage which was nice.

If your are given unit 105, please be aware that it's outside the secure gates. I'd also make sure that your first trip is during office hours, to make sure there are no Issues.

Pink storage at the Barry site. Don't bother I cancelled my booking and only used it a day! Turns out once they get you in and have the initial 6 weeks they raise the price up to £60 a week!! Avoid!
Read the reviews on trust pilot, apparently they are under investigation with trading standards

Had to use a storage facility for around 8 months. Initial price quoted was £30 per week with an introductory rate of £15 per week. I think this lasted for 6 weeks before going to the “normal” price.
Unfortunately, around 6 weeks later I had an email from them saying my weekly cost was going to increase to £50 per week. No notice, no explanation. That would have worked out at over £1000 a year more.
I complained and they agreed to “only” increase it to £40 per week.
It’s a basic setup and no better than any storage facility I’ve used before - in fact I had the code/key to two separate containers before finally getting one that was accessible. The first, the door wouldn’t open as the ground outside was higher than the door.
I would avoid this company if you need storage. It looks like the price is decent but once you’re in the price rockets as they know most people are stuck.

Great website easy to sign up in 2 minutes and the unit was available immediately. Nice touch with the treats when I opened the unit 😜 convient location on me and a great offer on at the moment. Fab to be able to register both cars as just makes life easy for us. 5 star service thank you

Very cost effective, the container was perfectly clean with a welcoming couple of bags of sweets and water. Access is simple and easy, I added a second car registration (a borrowed van) and the gate opened seconds later. I like that I keep the padlock key for the duration, and can end the rental at any time. Way cheaper than anything else around here.

Easy to navigate the website. Pricing and availability information given as soon as you enter your requirements. Cheapest storage we could find in the local area and then half price for 6 weeks was a definite bonus! Booking the storage was a simple process to set up and within a few minutes, my storage was available and ready to use. Also really pleased that I can register more than one vehicle to the unit and that there is no fixed minimum term. Please note though, the website does say that packaging can be purchased, however this service is no longer available at this location.
