Let you keep the keys as they lock your trailer on the bay, which is nice of them, so you can rub your air conditioning, music loud as there’s losss of fridges chatting away anyway. Had a right disco in there yesterday! 😂😂😂

Pilgrims HGV's ignore local signage which prohibits
HGV's to protect the environment, 14th century buildings and pedestrian safety. Their drivers reguarly use narrow lanes clearly unsuitable for HGV's as a shortcut while appropriate A roads are actually a shorter and quicker route. So much for Pilgrims empty words on sustainability. Hugely irresponsible.

I've been with Pilgrim for several years now and have always received impeccable service at fair prices. The drivers are all lovely and my rep Sam has gone above and beyond on several occasions to support the running of my business. Very highly recommend

Terrible company,
I had 5 orders in total with them
For delivery,
5 times i had orders missing on delivery the driver would tell me that we don’t have that in stock,
Twice they send me cheese instead mozzarella,
And then i got a call from their office from some very rude and arrogant lady,
And I informed their sales are manager to say i will get this sorted and never heard from him!
Stay away for this company at any cost !!!

Purchased a butterfly boneless turkey from them. Good quality, good value, good service. They sell to the public, just order, drive there pay and pick up. Easy. Would use again.
