I experienced a great service.Lee was helpful, clear talking and took time to help me choose a container to fit me needs. And Mark who delivered the container was an expert operator of the vehicle. He took time to place it exactly where I wanted it. Steve who came to survey the site before delivery, was helpful and gave me the confidence that it could be done. All said and done, a great team, a great service and a fair price. I can’t wait to buy the next one.

We've had 2 containers from Philspace, this 20' one was collected last week after almost 3 years. Although I celebrated it going with a glass of fizz, it has truly been a godsend being at the bottom of the garden, allowing us to empty it at our leisure. It's the most economy friendly way of storing your personal things, and all the staff are helpful and friendly. I tell everyone about Philspace who asks me about storage, and I'll always recommend them. Thank you to you all, especially the girls in account's who I've had a good chat with over the years. In a world where no one seems to care about customer service anymore Philspace really show other companies how it’s done! The staff are an Absolute credit to the company. They have always been professional, friendly and polite. Emails are responded to quickly, deliveries and collections happen on time and the staff have a real “can do” attitude. Special shout out to lovely Steve who went absolutely above and beyond to make sure he could complete a collection for me when he would have been well within his rights to refuse. All with a smile and friendly manner. I recommend philspace to anyone with storage needs.

It’s wonderful to see that some companies adopt a very personal way of doing business. They were incredibly efficient, sincere professional unlike a lot of the robotic companies we deal with. They actually pick up the phone and speak to you. How efficient is that nothing was too much trouble, and the attitude was totally positive all the way along . I would thoroughly recommend them.
Such a shame that more companies aren’t this way. Thank you so much for everything.

Can’t fault the service from Philspace. We have bought outright and also rented - staff are professional, efficient and courteous. Today we had a 20ft container delivered into a 21ft x 9ft space with over hanging trees and a building just inches away. The operator was spot on and the whole process was seamless. To top it all the rates are decent. Have no problem recommending them.
