It's a bit of an ordeal.
Queue up on the road as its rare to get straight in.
Go to office with all info and they take your number.
I waited over an hour on the road then an hour on the loading bay.
Staff are friendly enough but they obviously need either a quicker system(I.e alloted times) or more staff.

Waiting for loading a few hours as there is a queue in road industrial estate,no hgv parking inside.

Too slow with loading. Shouldn't take more 20 minutes to load a trailer but somehow they take hours

As a hgv driver it is a place where you have to make sure you have alot of spare time as when you get here you can be waiting at least an hour before you get loaded

A very difficult company to work with, some of the staff are extremely rude, especially when documents have been sent and they delay in processing, for a freight company its not on. Cost delays and money just because processing is not done on time.

Quite a tight yard to get into but the warehouse and booking in treat you as a human being which is more than be said for some other places I've been to
