It's always a pleasure speaking to Catherin and the knowledgeable team. After seeing a Facebook post about new cooked dog food called BarkinBistro in stock, I didn't hesitate to head down and collect a few to try with my dogs. It has now made its place on to regular stock so I can pop down every couple of weeks to stock up. If I'm not down getting supplies, then I'm in for the sage advice from Catherine on supplements or attending a course that she has organised. If you need any advice on pet food and supplements, then head on over to Petcayr. It's certainly the place I signpost to anyone that I know to go and get some good advice.

This is by far and away one of the best independent shops around and a huge asset to Ayr. As a customer of several years now I always find the staff knowledgeable, friendly and ready to help with any queries. Even at their busiest and most stressed I've always received fantastic service. I went into the shop today for some advice on raw feeding my German Shepard pup. The staff were very pleasant and happy to help. One man in particular (I can’t remember his name) was absolutely amazing he gave us all the help we needed and even spoke us through what we should be feeding our pup. He even wrote down how much we should be feeding him. I can’t thank him enough for his help as it has changed out feeding process for the better.
