After reading all the bad reviews I expected much worse. I entered at 6:15 am for 7:00 am appointment, they let me in , said to park at the staging area, around 7:15 they gave me a door. And 7:50 I had a green light already. Very quick ! I expected to stay here until noon but you never know ?. So good luck. I guess it's not always bad here.

This place is a joke driver worst nightmare my first and my last time. I was willing to take load back to shipper for free but Broker had me wait and I do lots of work with him so I stayed. over 6 hrs now and had appointment still not assigned a door.

Bad place to pick up load, they don't respect the appointment, my appointment 1pm until 7pm they assigned me a dock, departure 10pm, over night parking

Think twice before accepting any load. This place is horrible, and it is a long way to get unloaded for up to 7 hours. First and last time.

Parking

I am writing this review before I even unload here, for the sole purpose of letting drivers know there is plenty and I mean plenty of parking here on the road that leads in to this place. Off McKinley and Fowler. (the only entrance)Trucks are parked on both sides, and there are even a few dropped trailers here. They told me at the guard shack that many drivers drop their trailers and go out into town for a day or three. So it’s ok to get all the way here at a good time of the day to beat the traffic and wait it out or go to the beach or what have you. My wife and I are leaving our trailer here after our delivery Friday and going to get a motel and coming back Monday. These people here are slow as molasses

It’s your not Afro American don’t even bother to come here , they racist with everyone who’s is no Afro American , make you wait as long as they want , terrible site for drop o pick a load , something really needs to be done here from management and warehouse employees is not right , they playing with your time and health .

Extremely slow to unload trailer. Original deliver was set for Saturday delivery at 9a. I arrived on time on Saturday and was told by reciever that they could not unload me because they did not have room in their wharehouse. I was told to return on Monday, I arrived on Monday at 0900 and was then told that my appointment should have been at 1500. I was told I could back at 1100 to check in and try to unload me early. They finally allowed to come into faucility at 1800. I have been sitting at a dock since 1830 and it is currently 2030 and I am sitting a dock yet they still have not even begun to unload me. This will be the last time I will be delivering to this lousy reciever.
