Since the take over, turned it around fast and efficient let's hope it stays this way 😁
Nope gone back to normal shift change 1825 and still no one working 🤔 flaming joke really
Well it's Jan 24th 2022 and it's all gone flaming down hill 1hr 32 queuing so far and still not booked in, for some reason soon as it gets to the afternoon shift it goes down hill extremely fast, shift change takes an hour still 🤔, and for some reason the owners don't actually care (as it never gets any better) ....... Which says a lot really

Been in 3 times in the last month. Absolutely shocking. Unless you want some extra overtime then I would avoid. Been waiting an hours at this time only see one person doing anything, not sure what the doing but it’s not loading a container, spent 7 hrs in here the other week. No toilets, place should be closed down for that as legal obligation…

Very slow, dis organised queued for over an hour to get in the gate then sat in a bay waiting for an hour to get your box. When you ask how much longer it’ll be some of the staff get rude and have an i don’t care attitude They don’t serve trucks as they arrive and they let all of theirs infront of the others that have been waiting ages. They need a better system of work.
Do they not realise that we have homes to go to and families to see. We aren't all trampers.

Disgraceful. If there’s a way to drag out a job then these are the masters of it, staff stood around chatting when there’s 100s of lorries waiting to be serviced. Not allowed out of your cab at all and no toilet facilities for drivers, quite often waiting 3-5 hours on average here. Really start struggling around the 3 hour mark as you can’t go anywhere as blocked in. Got to be the worst run business in the country.

Yard staff are brilliant. Office staff are unbelievably unhelpful. They want you gone before your finished specking

Now two years later the place is a shambles. It’s now 12.30 and I’ve been waiting since 8.30. Just been told it’s 6 deep and unloading takes priority. Im not the only one

New system in place in Southampton, one way circuit… screen tells you location to go to… but when they’re busy, you can’t see the empty bays… a bit pointless.. then the way out.. tight… fag paper springs to mind…
Still no toilet facilities for drivers!!!
