I spoke with a gentleman on the phone. He was very nice and knowledgeable about what I needed for my hair!

Then an hour later the delivery driver dropped off my order. He too was really nice and explained the pieces I bought and how to look for quality (this was my first time). It was an overall amazing experience!

Those two employees are AMAZING! I wish I knew their names. They represent the company and the values really well!

My experiences here have all been positive. I purchased 3 bundles of Malaysian natural body wave. I had 2 installed that day. I did have my stylist put streak (highlights) in the hair. I won't stop patronizing this store. It look very pretty and felt soft. The service was fabulous I had a great time it was quick and very well done.

The whole little operation was so cool they even allow you to track your delivery while it’s in route to you. I had an issue with another hair vendor not getting my hair to me on time and the same day delivery provided was amazing. I will definitely be ordering from this company again. I cannot say enough about how amazing my overall experience was with this company. I have never had a full sew in and honestly was completely lost about what to order. The night before my appointment I got stuck at work and could not make it to a store. I found this company at 715 am and my appointment was at 9. I was terrified because I knew if I didnt find something I would have to cancel. The rep was phenomenal! He took his time and didn't press the sale. He gave thorough descriptions and even sent pictures! It took about 20-30 minutes to complete my order because I was so clueless. After I ordered, I received a link to a YouTube video so I would know how to take care of my hair to preserve the lifetime of it. I hadn't even seen the hair and was already excited about the DELIVERY...YES THEY DELIVERED IT DIRECTLY TO THE SHOP. Since it was already last minute that worked in my favor. I received a text message with an approximate arrival time and another that allowed me to track the driver. When the driver got close I received another text and it allowed me to shared my exact location so he could come into the plaza directly to me. The driver came in with 4 separate bags with a variety of the things I discussed with the rep so I could choose which I wanted. This man got down on one knee in the shop and held a tray with the bags and waited patiently as my stylist and I went through the hair. I was allowed to open and touch to make sure I liked the quality. I kept everything I touched because it was all beautiful. When I made my selection he said that's going to be beautiful on you. Man what!?! I offered to tip and he said I'm sorry ma'am I'm not allowed to accept tips. I insisted and he still declined. I said well give me your cash app and I will tip you. I appreciate you being so patient. He laughed but declined. Absolutely speechless. I will share with everyone I've even met!

Update: 2 years later and I am still in awe after every experience. On top of quality hair that I only need to purchase annually, the customer service continues to be out of this world! I would never even consider getting hair anywhere else. They have been so consistent I'm pretty sure I've even had the same delivery person each time. Wow...just wow!

Found this company online and was very skeptical to purchase right away. Once I contacted them by phone and the lovely soft spoken gentleman explained how things work etc, I felt a little at ease. I love that they come to customer’s door with the products and no obligations to purchase. The delivery man executed an outstanding customer service and of course after I checked the hair, I most definitely purchased. Will come back and report on the hair once I have it colored, installed and washed after a few wks. Just wanted to leave a review on the customer service!
