Joined the M4 this morning at Junction 26 as I entered nearside lane your coach S888 PCC was in the outside lane just where the motorway goes back to 3 lanes even though there was plenty of room for him to get back into middle lane safely he proceeded to carry on for another half a mile before putting his nearside indicator on and even though there was a white Suzuki already in that lane he bullied his way over forcing Suzuki to veer into inside lane forcing me to brake had to avoid a collision and as it was raining lucky no body skidded on wet surface.

School bus. Going to kirton Academy picking up at Hemswell village maypole Street. The lady driver is lovely deserves 5 stars can't fault her. The male driver goes the wrong way around the the village so that the door is on the wrong side for the bus stop! Usually turns around and comes back but didn't yesterday! I was at the actual bus stop with my daughter half out of my van (it was raining) and he left her! I had to drive her to school making me late to work! Only for my daughter to be told by her friend that she told the driver that she was there! Surely he could see her! I rang PC coaches up to be told that it was the Louth Depot not Lincoln.
Louth is 30 miles away! Not bothered not interested.
But as I said the lady driver is 5 stars. If the woman I called had done as she said and someone called me back to discuss I wouldn't of left this review!

Booked a minibus for the day to take my Sons Stag group to Sheffield for a few events. Had a driver called Canyon. Honestly couldn't fault him in anyway. Great driver, polite and friendly, and so helpful. On time at every drop off and pick up. Cant rate him or the company highly enough!

PC Coaches from my experience are second rate and irresponsible... my child has to use this bus company to commute to school (Which we pay £100 per month for) the busses used are kept to the basic minimal requirements which includes no Air conditioning in summer and very little heating in winter, the buses are often late or have 'broken down', on one occasion the bus struck the branch of a tree alarming the children... I phoned PC Coaches directly and spoke to a manager position person who was unhelpful and rude. Further more to this, yesterday my child could not enter her allocated bus and would have to use an alternate PC Coach who promised to drop her off at her designated point, which he ignored and left her at the next drop off, leaving me sat In my car to pick up, wondering where she had been left and obviously worried. If you have the option NOT to use this company, I would strongly avoid.
