Absolutely fantastic five star service from this brilliant company. Provided me with two containers at short notice at an unbeatable price. Really pleasant and helpful staff on the phone and best of all - they refund you the balance of your payment if you vacate before the end of the month. The 24 hour access made using the facility really convenient too. I can't recommend them highly enough and wouldn't consider using anyone else if I need storage again in the future.

After 14 months storing our furniture and belongings, everything was in the same condition as it first went in - including a mattress and soft toys. Container was in excellent condition, keypad access was easy and efficient. Staff were super responsive and helpful, and my deposit and unused credit were returned very quickly. I used the Pay Less for Storage service while in limbo between my time in Durham and moving abroad. As a student, I didn't have any large furniture but I was amazed by the space even the "small" containers provided. I could have fit 4 or 5 times more in there!

Access was very simple and I visited several times. The cancellation service at the end was smooth and I was very satisfied with the overall cost. I would recommend to any looking for storage around Durham.

I stored house furniture and other belongings for two years at their site in Langley Moor. The containers were clean, and most importantly, secure. There were electronic locks for the gate, and each individual container. All this came at a very reasonable price, and with no contract. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service…Sarah was a great help and very professional and always helpful. The Container that I rented was immaculate…great storage space. Easy location to get to and instructions for entry & use are very user friendly. I would recommend this Company to anyone who needs storage.
