The lady at the counter was extremely rude and impatient while taking my passport photo. The experience felt rushed and the final photo was of poor quality. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a professional and hassle-free service.

I regret not reading reviews before having my passport photo taken there. I hope you take heed of my review and steer clear of the place. My photo was photoshopped without my consent, making my eyes appear absurdly large. They sealed it in an envelope, so I only realised after leaving the embassy. Now I'm stuck with this bizarre-looking photo for ten years. These people ought to be ashamed of themselves!

Strongly not recommended. The staff's attitude was very bad and she didn't know anything. After spending £25, the embassy said that the photo did not meet the requirements at all and asked me to go to a professional passport photo studio. Didn't I go to a professional photo studio?

Not recive QR code for british passport. Photo looks like done wrong.My Nose is extremely RED.

I went to take my pictures taken in September 2023 for my visa appointment and the person in the shop assured me that the pictures will be accepted by the embassy. I paid £25 for 4 passport size photos and 1 digital photo. When they took the picture, they didn't care to do a retake even when I mentioned that the picture doesn't look like it may meet the requirements. And now the IND department has emailed me to tell me that the pictures were not accepted.
I will not recommend anyone to get their pictures taken from here. Avoid at all costs.

I do not recommend going there for passport pictures. My picture does clearly look fake and photoshopped. I think it is the camera they use which turns the picture into a cartoonish look. And on top of that I paid 25£ which I understand is a London price but still so expensive.

Terrible service, she pressed the shutter once and did not show me the picture before printing it, I’ve paid 15£ for four pictures (15!!!) and they are not even okay for my passport. The sizes are not correct. So I have to go somewhere else now to redo some… honestly terrible experience and not nice lady there. Avoid
