Very friendly and helpful on the phone, but miss sold me products which were not suitable for my purpose.
Also the website does misrepresent products, for instance a £59 thermostat which 'works with any smartphone via an app'. It's not made clear that you also need a £149 control box.
Complaints were fielded with understanding and a promise (still undelivered) of a partial refund.
You can get wifi thermostats on ebay for £20 - 30, shop around.
Now I'm stuck with £450 worth of fitted products that don't get used

As HGV driver what I find most disgusting during the pandemic is companies like this! First time I delivered (and reloaded) here I asked where the loos were and was sent halfway round the estate they are on,to what ended up being a portaloo. This is so wrong on so many levels. Against HSE for a start, sharing one amongst the whole estate. No running water or soap which I think is a must to beat coronavirus. The next time I went I asked the same question to a different fork lift driver and was pointed in the same direction. Pointed out it was against HSE and he just shrugged and said try I different company on the estate.
