Absolutely useless as a buyer. Seller gives you a tracking number but parcelfarce (hub ) refuse to deal with you as you are not the one that sent the item. What is the point of a tracking number then Are shown as having had the parcel for 7 days then it appears to have been lost. No updates, nothing. Waste of space company. I will ask any online retailer in future if they use parcelfarce and if so I will take my business elsewhere.

I called to try and locate a parcel. I mentioned my problem and got a gormless "so what" and then the phone hung up on me. I just want my Christmas tree, why is it so difficult for customer service people whose job it is to help to not be such horrible trolls?

How come you can collect your items when they open only during business hours Then they have 4h only to collect on Saturdays after 1pm you won't get your parcel. 3rd week im without my item.
