This service, at present, is chaotic. The site says it can take up to 24 hours to update. That is certainly not good enough. Most of the time it was rejecting my reference number. Then the expected delivery date was given as Monday. As it was a delivery of live plants that was worrying. When I eventually managed to get through by phone I was told it was out for delivery today (Friday) so that was a relief. No delivery window, of course. That would be too much to ask for. I'm told the the system is in the process of updating and will be fully up and running by the beginning of August so let's hope things improve then.

Look at all the one-star reviews here; the manager needs to be sacked. This is a joke. I've had the same issue. they pretended to deliver. I have CCTV and a Ring Doorbell that alerts me if someone comes close; no alert, no delivery, just lies. Sack the manager if you care about your company's reputation. People should stop using this company.

Very poor delivery service. I received no notification about when my parcel would arrive. The driver left a missed delivery card with no tracking number and directed me to collect it from Crayford depot — over an hour away. I requested redelivery for a day I’d be home, but no one showed up. Now I’m forced to travel far due to their lack of communication and follow-through.

Parcelforce is not trustful and their employees are liars. They do not deliver parcels, they do not leave cards, do not send any notifications or emails. What they do is to set your delivery address to “premises unoccupied” and then advice the addressee to collect their parcel from the depot… Awful service, liars, not trustful.
Definitely the worst delivery service one can imagine! Shame on Parcelforce! In addition, they delete all the negative comments on their Facebook page, so that no-one else can read them!

two days in a row I was expecting a package, sitting just right at the door. no knocks were heard. all I heard was a notification message saying they couldn’t deliver my parcel. no card was left explaining further actions. now I arranged it to be delivered to my closest post office, but it is supposed to be delivered literally on Wednesday, why it couldn’t be delivered on monday or tuesday? (today is the saturday). Im disappointed.

This service is not fit for purpose

# parcel delivered to wrong location. Dumped at a random door, despite being told the parcel would be returned to a depot / left with a neighbour, if no one at home.

# No effort or urgency by Parcel Force whatsoever to rectify their mistake, to pick up our parcel as a priority.

# Phoned Parcel Force five times for updates, issue not apparently logged initially, so a total waste of time.

# Couldn’t speak to a manager directly and told it would be 48 hours, before a manager could follow up - parcel probably nicked within five minutes, after being dumped at the wrong address.

# Parcelforce refused to offer the details of the address, they incorrectly delivered our parcel to unfortunately.

# Total frustration that simple solution to pick up parcel, delivered to wrong address and re-delivered to the correct address, could not be actioned. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

Very confusing and hard to work with, however the people I ended up calling were both very helpful and understanding. It’s a shame they don’t/can’t call, but out of the four delivery attempts I wasn’t given a single card. Was told I missed a delivery, but then got a second delivery (unrelated) FOUR minuets after. Strange.

since 31.5.25 you have received in error my parcel from royal Mail 48 and you threw it in a dusty little corner instead of sending it back to Hatfield. Or to the sender or to the real Royal mail depot in St Albans. Spoke to manager of Royal Mail, she aknowledge mistake bust she says sshe cannot get in touch with you() I suggested her to reward you with a cardboard medal for your total ineptitude and laziness.!!! Why aren't you rerouting my parcel where it is supposed to go! Some idiot put a ROYAL MAIL 48 in a pile with Parcelforce and instead that been delivered to me, it has arrived to your depot! I do not live in London, I live near St Albans......But instead of returning to Hatfield, you are ILLEGALLY WITHELDING it. Here get this review, I hope somebody there reads it and wakes up and return the parcel either to me or the sender. I will not add any further details, but I am sure there will not be many parcels from ROYAL MAIL 48 in your parcelfarce depot, hence you should be able to locate it., Always if any of you is able to read!!!!!!!!!!
