After reading other reviews I wasn’t hopeful of a warm welcome or any help. I originally spoke to a parcelforce employee via web chat who said I can’t collect my parcel but I thought I’d try my luck. Lady behind the counter was helpful , polite and gave a good service and I got my parcel.

Had a parcel come from France and needed to pay duties and taxes on it.

This can be paid in cash or card using Visa.or Mastercard. Amex not accepted.

Got my parcel and left. There is adequate parking too.

told they had tried 3 times to deliver but no card left on any occasion and cctv confirms no delivery attempted.
impossible to contact by phone so i took a chance and drove to the mk depot on michigan drive where i was greeted by a very helpful friendly lady at the counter who found my parcel very quickly .

I had ordered an item which was being delivered by parcel force... usually very efficient and reliable but this time the driver didn't make much of an effort as he didn't leave a card on both occasions!

Had to organise a pick up from the depot which was a smooth process online ? turned up and collection was quite easy...customer service was good! Social distancing rules was in place but no sanitiser provided which most other places are doing.

Located in Tongwell and easy to find, not far from the M1 motorway!

There's no sufficient way to contact this company, I have had several issues with their service so far and am unable to contact them to tell them how to deliver my package in case something was wrong. The address on the letter sent to me from them wasn't remotely correct either, it's as if they never read it. Now I will likely need to go to their depot hoping it will be there and not just be turned away.

The depot in Milton Keynes, on Saturday, 05/10, assistants, has been unprofessional, unwilling to help, and lazy. And yes, 24 hours delivery not means 24 hours delivery. It's means 3 or 4 days.

delivery takes the whole day, you would think we have nothing to do and wait the whole day?! Two days in a row no call, no email about the parcel, all other delivery companies let you know when the delivery will be. But Parcelforce seems to consider themselves gods and everyone has to wait on their knees for the courier to deign to come with the parcel!!!

Horrendous service attempted delivery clearly can’t see the door bell or letterbox card left jammed in door frame second delivery I left the option on my delivery to be left in safe place and gave TWO options no left the card jammed in the door frame again called to ask why it was not left automated system clearly don’t employ call handlers and to top it all I know have to pay to either have it sent to a post office or collect from the depot
