I handed a parcel to my local post office on 23/9 and due to the only stickers available it went global economy to USA. I rang a total of 4 times to be continually fobbed off by telling me as wasn't picked up from post office until 3/10 until my second call and on fourth call that none of the others had even been logged. Safe to say still hasn't arrived and now 25/11. Just to make me laugh didn't risk parcel force for Christmas parcel and using ups who even collected from my house on Monday 18/11 paying a similar amount of £40 it arrived on Thursday 21/11. Safe to say if the birthday parcel arrives this year it will be a miracle. Got response today 27 November 2024

Outrageous, I posted a parcel last Thursday paid ,£20 for next day delivery. The tracking number doesn't work so I went back to the post office today (tuesday) only to find my parcel is still sitting in the post office. Will never use Parcel Force again. Complaints are going In

Not delivered within the 48 hours. Said tried to deliver when I was in. Split my delivery so parcels 2 & 3 arrived late and parcel 1 arrived 3 days later. No way to contact them. Awful company

Your CO2 print is wasting our Earth?
Why don't drivers call customers ? Instead they drive off and leave a paper note.

Redeliveries waste time and helps to add much more CO2 to the environment. I guess it generates more work for the driver?

Not efficient, clumsy and a poor man service atm.

Customer received the parcel I send to find it completely smashed inside the box despite adequate packaging and lots of "Fragile" tape around the box. Now I can't get hold of parcel force for compensation.

Rubbish!!! Meant to deliver a parcel today, apparently they have tried and left a card. Complete lie!!! I’ve checked all my cameras no delivery at all just like no card!!!! I pay to get 24 hour delivery and till not here 3 days later

Poor customer service. Lost my parcel and took over 3 months to get refund and no compensation for the time that was wasted
