I handed a parcel to my local post office on 23/9 and due to the only stickers available it went global economy to USA. I rang a total of 4 times to be continually fobbed off by telling me as wasn't picked up from post office until 3/10 until my second call and on fourth call that none of the others had even been logged. Safe to say still hasn't arrived and now 25/11. Just to make me laugh didn't risk parcel force for Christmas parcel and using ups who even collected from my house on Monday 18/11 paying a similar amount of £40 it arrived on Thursday 21/11. Safe to say if the birthday parcel arrives this year it will be a miracle. Got response today 27 November 2024
