After two weeks and around 30 emails with this company’s team, I finally received a response saying they cannot pick up my parcel and that I have to hand it over to the courier myself. I was not informed about it before.. Every day, I kept the parcel outside, hoping no one would steal it while I was at work, and receiving false promises and fake pick-up dates. When I asked for a refund, they said it’s not possible because “they already paid for a place for my parcel”—which was never picked up. Thank you for nothing. Your service is unprofessional, with zero help and zero accountability.

Hands down the worst experience I have had with a parcel service. They do not own up to any sort of responsibility for their services and blame it all on the partner services like UPS. For 2 days now their courier is not arriving to pick up my parcels and I have got no information or explanation as to why, or a guarantee of when it will take place. Essentially, there is absolutely no point of hiring them instead of hiring UPS or DHL since the service is equally terrible but in addition they are not even responsible for anything so you just get a useless middleman.

ParcelABC is a complete scam and absolutely unprofessional.
My parcel was sent on 02.07.2025 with express delivery (2-3 days) paid for nearly 100 euros. Today is 11.07.2025, the parcel is still stuck in Germany, and now the estimated delivery date is 15.07.2025, meaning almost two weeks late.
💀 Facts:
They took my money immediately but failed to organise proper documentation in advance.
I had to call UPS myself dozens of times to resolve missing documents which ParcelABC never requested or processed correctly.
Their customer support only reacts after public complaints on Twitter and threats of bank chargeback.
⚠️ Conclusion:
ParcelABC takes no responsibility for their advertised services. Their “express delivery” is a lie. They blame UPS for everything, but ParcelABC takes your money and does nothing to help until you push them publicly.
I will never use them again and do not recommend this company to anyone.
If you want to avoid stress, lies, delays, and wasted money – stay away from ParcelABC.
