This is a typical hub load same rules apply to everyone I go to . But there is safety brief it you haven't been here before. When you get to the gatehouse you will be told were to go and what to do . They give you a bay number and you go on that bay it's as easy as that .if your unsure then just ask a member of staff there all very friendly and helpful.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Pall-Ex is hands down the worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. Unfortunately, I’ve had to use them multiple times—not by choice—but because the tile suppliers I ordered from used them for delivery.

On both occasions, my tiles arrived damaged and cracked. This was largely due to multiple failed delivery attempts and the goods being transferred between several lorries, clearly with no care or consistency.

The first time, I paid extra for a Saturday delivery. They instead scheduled it for Monday. I informed them I couldn’t accept it then, and told them it must be delivered Tuesday or Friday. Despite confirming this, I received a text on Monday morning saying the delivery was coming that day. I called to explain again, and they confirmed Tuesday.

I made special arrangements to work from home in Oxfordshire (I live in London) just for this—and nothing arrived. I called again and rebooked for Friday. On Thursday, I received another text saying it was out for delivery. Same process again—I drove up, waited all day on Friday after being told the driver would arrive between 3–5pm. By 6:30pm, still no delivery. It finally arrived on Saturday without any warning. Luckily, someone happened to be at the house—otherwise I probably still wouldn’t have the goods.

The second delivery? Just as bad. After telling me it would arrive on Friday, they were informed by my supplier not to attempt delivery until we confirmed the address. Despite that, I received a text on Monday saying it was coming. I had to reject the goods at the door because they had the wrong address. They rebooked it for Wednesday, said it would be a morning delivery. That changed to 3–5pm. Then 6–8pm. It finally arrived at 7pm.

The customer service is appalling. Every time I called, I was put on hold and then conveniently disconnected. I genuinely believe they were just leaving me on hold intentionally to avoid dealing with me.

Shambolic company from start to finish. Unreliable, unprofessional, and clearly not equipped to handle fragile goods or basic logistics. Avoid at all costs.

One off your drivers came to the lay-by my burger van is. He took up the whole lay-by literally. I asked him how long was hit tako break for. He said I’m not on a break I’m just waiting here. I said so your not even on a tako break and park in this lay-by out there out if all of them taking up the whole space so I literally can get no business. He laughed at me and just said yes. I got quite upset so went back to my burger van. Then he shouted something at me, I don’t know what so I turned around and went back to him to hear what he said and he started locking the windows and doors so I thought it must of been something abusive. I just went back to my van and then he started filming me trying to say I’m violent threatening him and all this and now he has left a review on google saying I had a knife and threating me on the internet, which i think is extremely silly.

Absolute jokers was told to wait in all day 8am to 6pm for delivery with a 2h slot. At 3.30pm got an email saying delivery between 4pm and 6pm
Did not turn up its 8.30pm and notthing. Customer service is shut but my items are not here

Received a tile delivery today and the delivery driver took a photo of me as proof of delivery without my knowledge or consent. I was surprised to see myself on the tracking page as delivery confirmation. That's NOT ok.

Delivery of tiles today. Told me 2 hour slot to expect delivery by email. On time, super - friendly driver Ian and so very helpful in putting tiles where I wanted them. Highly recommend service

Supposed to deliver a sit on mower. Driver comes to the door and asks if I have a fork lift truck!!!
Then tells me he can’t fit it on the tail lift and the pallet is too big for the pallet truck and promptly leaves.
I get a call from Pall-ex saying that they would be ‘willing’ to deliver in a couple of days if I could get a few men to help me lift it off the back of the tail lift.
Absolutely ridiculous! Why load a pallet that can’t be unloaded? Naturally, I declined and I’ve asked for a full refund from the mower supplier, AMB Coventry. Total waste of time.

The Supplier of this pallet Pall-Ex delivered mistakenly sent me the wrong product. Upon arrival, I politely asked the Pall-Ex driver to wait while I made arrangements with the supplier to have the incorrect item taken back to the warehouse, as it was not the product I had ordered. However, the driver’s response was dismissive and rude. He insisted that it was not his responsibility and that I needed to sort out the issue directly with the supplier. While I acknowledged that I would be in contact with the supplier, what was particularly frustrating was that the driver continued to express unsolicited opinions, stating that the incorrect product looked "nicer" than the one I had ordered, and that he would not wait any longer.

The driver then proceeded to leave without ensuring any paperwork was signed, neither by myself nor by him. This is not only unprofessional but also a clear failure in customer service and communication.

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism shown by the Pall-Ex driver. I did not ask for personal opinions on the product I had received, especially when there was an error on the supplier's part.
