At the gate you will be hosted by the very rude gate man . Definitely your fault if you are comming there for a first time, you will be humiliated by the gateman , I don't think that anyone ever has humiliated and embarrassed me ever in such bad way.

I ordered from a reputable garden supplier and paid £70 for express delivery to receive three pallets of garden materials delivered on the Thursday before Good Friday. We placed our order on the Monday, so I was pleased to see that they offered delivery on the Thursday. However, when we found out that the courier was this company, and after reading the reviews, we were dubious about whether the delivery would arrive on time.

The main issue we encountered was a lack of communication. We called the garden supplier on Thursday morning around 9.00 am and were informed that our delivery was the second of the day. By 2.00 pm, it still hadn’t arrived, so we called the supplier again, only to be told that we were the next drop-off and that our delivery window was between 3.30 pm and 5.30 pm. Fortunately, my partner works from home, so we weren’t pressed for a specific time slot.

At 4.30 pm, a lady from the courier depot called us to confirm that the driver was ten minutes away. She explained that the reason for the delay was that it was the last delivery of the day, with our house being located closest to the depot. So the driver could do our drop on his way back.

By 4.45 pm, our three pallets finally arrived and were delivered curbside.

Personally, I believe the main issue is the lack of communication between the supplier and the courier company.

On the day of delivery (Wednesday 4th June), I was at home alone and working. I had stayed home all day not knowing what time the delivery would take place.

The delivery driver parked on a driveway that was not near my front door and refused to relocate the vehicle to a more suitable drop-off point. When I asked for assistance in moving the delivery to the garden gate, I was met with repeated refusals and was told that he was only permitted to do a “kerbside drop-off”.

As a result, I was forced to leave the house and walk around to the garage in an attempt to find a workable solution. The driver stated that the delivery would not fit through the garage and again refused to assist any further. He also refused my request for a collaborative lift — whereby he would raise the pallet and I would support the product — citing that he could not touch the item or enter any part of my property.

Ultimately, I had to unwrap the delivery myself and carry the product piece by piece into the garage. Many of the components were heavy, with some weighing over 30kg. During this process, one of the pieces slipped and caused an injury to my leg. All the while, the driver stood by and watched, offering no assistance. I found the situation incredibly distressing and intimidating, to the point that I was in tears.

This experience was not only physically demanding and painful but also deeply upsetting. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of care and basic human decency shown during this delivery.

I would like a formal response to this complaint, including an explanation of your kerbside policy, and what training or guidelines are in place for your drivers in situations where customers are clearly vulnerable or in need of assistance. I also ask that you advise what steps you intend to take to ensure no other customers are subjected to such treatment in the future.

I asked one day notice before they sand me 3 ton 5 pallets tiles but thay contact it me 30 minutes before and we had to take the delivery and the MOST IMPORTANT ONE thay drop that 5 pallets on the main road 200 metres from my home we had to aging lod it in the van and do 3 loade to take it to our house customers service contacted me and thay told me it is what it is we will not take it to that road because there is cars and the access is tide the the customer service was very disrespectful which i care the most not happy at all and if I do any order frome any company thay use this delivery company I will cancel the order .

Terrible !!! Ordered stuff from a reputable company with great reviews only for this company to bring it all down. Husband received email stating delivery between 8am to 1pm, no delivery by 2pm rang and was told no it’s an all day slot. The lady rang depot to be told 4pm, I explained I had to pick up child from school, she said nothing she could do. I asked a neighbour who had to carry all the radiators into my house as the delivery driver just dropped them off on a pallet, he was alone and said he doesn’t help carry them into the house. Be warned

Terrible customer service. Our live plants were due for delivery on the day before Easter BH weekend. They fabricated a story about 2 drivers leaving early due to illness and our pallet may not be delivered. I was told to wait for a call back in 1 hour. The call never came.. We had to dash to the depot on the opposite side of Birmingham to collect 21 trees in our own vehicles before the depot closed for Good Friday. When we arrived a member of staff said his colleague (Lee) was talking bol****s on the phone and had basically lied to us about the drivers being ill. BEWARE!!!!

Don\t use this delivery company. They refuse to drive into my driveway. Because it was gravelled. It\s a 5 acre property with a huge circular driveway and the very rude driver refused to even come thru the gates. Now I have bathroom installers here and no bathroom fixtures. Utterly bizarre given we have endless large pallet deliveries for the house renovation

Had 6 large shrubs delivered on a pallet from a garden centre. Looked at reviews after placing my order and my heart sank at the bad reviews.
I shouldn't have worried as the service was good. I received email updates and delivery was made on selected date. The shrubs arrived in great condition. Delivery guy was professional.
