Booked me in for a collection (had been sent a confirmation via email).The day comes of the collection no on turns up rang in the morning and said they will ring me 30 mins before arriving. No one turned up. Rang the next morning to be told they dont travel to my area and the “cleaning guy booked me in” PATHETIC UNRELIABLE. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

STOLEN ITEMS: I sent a parcel to Pakistan and the package was opened and items were missing (expensive ones).
I complained to Pakistan cargo company (wash wood Heath Rd) and they did nothing to help me and then started ignoring my calls.
Totally an unprofessional company....
If you value your stuff then I would not recommend these people.

I used this company to transport a transmission for my vehicle I had purchased online. After my purchase, they contacted me with a price to transport which I believe was very fair. They also gave me very accurate delivery time and information. When my item was going to be delivered that day, they called me to confirm the time and where to place the large item at my home. I could not be more pleased with the service as it was my first time using a transportation company. I definitely recommend them and would use them again if needed.

We had a rough time playing phone tag. When l finally spoke to the Parcels department, it was all good.Very helpful & pleasant to speak with. PakistanCargo was a last resort after getting quotes from UPS, USPS & FEDEX. I had 2 large/heavy boxes to ship to Lahore. It was 30% cheaper. 🚚👌

Pakistan Cargo was awesome! My shipment was three heavy packages and he got it shipped while saving me money. I was worried as some of the reviews say these guys " bait and switch" but my experience went great with zero issues. I will be calling PakistanCargo first to ship all our clubs for golf trip this spring.

Worst ever service for parcel. They won't mention that they will take 4-5 months for delivering a parcel to Pakistan and on top of that whenever you go to their office, they will always come up with a new excuse. Noone answers the phone calls. And the guy sitting in the office if just there to bluff about the actual location of parcels. Please save your money, energy and time by not using this service. My first and last timeto use their service for sending my parcel which has still not reached after 4 months!!! I'll be filing a complaint in the police now as this is totally un acceptable.

Don't waste your money. They overcharged me for door to door delivery but now they say to pay again in Pakistan to get goods delivered. When i said i will complain he was least bothered. Such scammers they are. Don't waste money and time energy, look for professional people instead of them.

Absolutely shocking service. None of the numbers are being answered. No response from watsapp message. I made a big mistake by using this service. My fault i thought these were the people i normally use. The almighty will deal with them. The items i sent were high quality goods for the very very poor people, for them to use and better their standard of living. I hope this company get what they deserve. Alot of effort and money went into putting these parcels together by many of my friends and family. Unless i get a response soon i can confirm that up until now these people seem to be thiefs. Please do not use them all you will feel is great disappointment.
