I was super happy with this service. I received very fast responses from Alan and he was very professional. I was having a painting sent internationally from the UK to the US. Everything went super smoothly. They picked up when they said they would and they packed the package amazingly well. I was expecting a minimum of 3-5 days to receive it and maybe up to 2-3 weeks for customs. I couldn't believe it but we ended up receiving the package next working day (plus a weekend). Painting was in perfect condition. Will definitely use again.

I want to thank and highly recommend the Pack & Send Richmond Park branch in Kings Street Twickenham, whose staff helped me out of a jam yesterday, when they could have just turned me away. I needed to return - via the EVRI drop-off point at the newsagent next door - an item that had been part of an online order. The newsagent/EVRI drop-off point was supposed to provide both shipping label printing and boxing up services, but in fact could only offer the shipping label printing. While I had brought the small box in which the whole of my online order had been delivered in, it was of course opened and now half empty. The newsagent not only did not have EVRI shipping boxes, they did not even have tape to seal up my box. So in desperation I went into the Pack & Send branch next door to see if they would be willing to help me out with a piece or two of tape. Without any hesitation or objections, the staff happily agreed to seal the box for me. The staff member who was doing this even took the trouble to note that the box was half empty and that the padding paper included in the box was insufficient to keep the item from shifting around inside, and so, on his own initiative, very generously offered to add in extra padding material to ensure the item was cushioned and could no longer shift around, before sealing up the box securely with wide strong packing tape. Both the staff members I spoke with were welcoming, helpful and congenial. They went above and beyond what was an unexpected request for a mere piece of tape, creating an excellent impression of their business. If and when I need to courier an item myself, they are now my first choice.

From my initial phone call right through to delivery the service was excellent. I am Canadian, on a visit to the UK, but shipping books to the US. Rigelta always had the answer to my many, many questions. The books were collected promptly by a very efficient driver, packed and held till I returned to Canada and did an etransfer. Delivery in the US was even a day earlier than estimated. I would happily use Pack & Send again.

This was my first time sending my original artwork abroad. I chose Pack & Send on the recommendation of a fellow Artist. I sent two framed, including glass, Watercolors. The service was very quick and easy to use & the price reasonable for all the work involved. A special wooden crate is made up & the paintings arrived in New York from Richmond, UK safe & sound in a few days. I would highly recommend this company to any other Artists.

Absolutely appalling service: They lost one of my cases and it has been well over a year since that occurred, and despite the insurance claim having been started over 8 months ago, there has been no updates or meaningful explanations for the delay in resolving my claim. Their insurance team is completely ineffective and the company at large has no concern for customers whose items they have lost. Will never give them my business again, you'd be a fool to do so in my opinion.

UPDATE:
So Pack & Send Richmond Park have informed me that Howden Insurance have rejected my claim entirely, and there has been absolutely no explanation regarding why. In conclusion, I have lost thousands of pounds on account of having used this service, and sans small claims court, I have no recourse to receive any compensation due to Pack & Send's policies. I paid for warranty and yet because it was lost by the receiver ECU Worldwide, Pack & Send has not reimbursed me whatsoever.

DO NOT make the mistake I made by using this service for your goods, as if they lose your case (or claim the receiver did especially) you have. no ability to receive any compensation.
