Colby and her team were so kind and helpful - coming out to the car to help us carry all our bags of excess things we shopped for on our trip. We felt a bit silly since their service seemed to be more used for furniture, art, etc but she assured us that they see this all the time. 😂 She explained the pricing options and the potential 20% import taxes to ship back to the states, (even potentially on our own belongings) that we might have to pay. I sincerely appreciated her honesty in not trying to oversell us. As I might be moving to the UK, I’d 100% use them for large shipping orders in the future!

Very useful, reliable service for packing, dispatch, delivery, courier and storage services. Particularly good for antiques and valuables that you can’t really trust to send through the big national services like Evri or similar. I have now used these guys twice to dispatch large, heavy consignments of antique books across the UK. Very happy and trustworthy company. I will return again.

I had such a great experience with Pack & Send! The staff were super helpful and friendly. I'd recommend them to anyone needing international shipping services. They kept me updated throughout the shipping process. My items made it to Budapest, Hungary safely and without any issues. They picked up my stuff, got it to Reading, repackaged it, and sent it off without a hitch. They even sent me all the paperwork promptly via email and were always quick to respond to my questions. Friendly helpful staff, reasonable price and goods very well packaged. Slight delay in delivery but that could have been down to the Auction house. Goods arrived when they were supposed to. Would recommend.

The experience of contacting Pack & Send, getting a quote, the speed of the delivery & the quality of the packing is 5 star standard. I'm really impressed with how seamless it all went.
I organised collection of vintage wine from an auction which were fragile and there were no concerns. Will be using them again.

Recently i contacted Pack & Send regarding the shipping of my precious record collection. They were picked up from Canada, and delivered to UK within a week, with no problems.
More than that, each employee that i was in contact with at Pack & Send were LOVELY, and reactive whenever i needed info, or an update.

If you are looking for a packing and shipping expert in west London you can't get away from Pack&Send Reading. They are Really good at this. If you have to ship antique clocks or other fragile things you don’t need to be worry when you with them. They really know how to do it for the best way.
