Awful is an understatement i will attach pictures below, damaged my PC then refused to pay for the damage they caused! Blatantly denied doing any wrong doing, despite me offering videos pictures, countless evidence, emails phone calls now ignored. I would recommend doing some serious research about how this company operates.

This Warranty they offer is nothing more then a stained piece of promises designed to fleece more money off you, i paid an extra £80 for this And they still refuse to pay me for over £600 of damage on a vital piece of work equipment i lost 2 full days of work because of this absolute incompetence.

So £350 for the shipment plus £80 for a warranty without even a penny back for the damages caused just an empty sorry which will not get me my money back, shady company doing shady business.

The lady in the shop was extremely kind and helpful. She assisted me with my package when I was having difficulties and even allowed me to use her printer. I am very grateful for her support and can highly recommend this shop. The service is friendly and welcoming.

Brilliant service from first contact to delivery. Reasonably priced, great advice, unbelievable speed of delivery ! (4 large paintings in a 63kg crate - delivered from the North of England to the South of France in 3 days) . Would definitely recommend.

Very good and professional service from Pack & Send yet again.
We had just had a very difficult experience with another company shipping personal effects to Australia for our daughter who is returning there after 4 years in the UK which had resulted in some unexpected and hefty additional charges from customs on arrival in Australia.
We sent her second consignment with Pack & Send having used them before to send items from Australia and the experience was at the other end of the scale.
From first contact to delivery at home in Australia, the service was first class. Rob & Kath were honest, efficient and knowledgable about the service they could provide and what we needed to do. But the best and greatest point of difference was that they were immediately available on the phone whenever we needed assistance.....no dreaded chat-bot, no half-baked web service that drops out at any given stage requiring you to start the whole process over again. Good old-fashioned service and without the patronising voiceover that seems to be so common these days.

Pack & Send Leeds were awesome. I shipped a painting to Australia, and from the first point of contact and getting a quote to dropping the painting off, Johnnie was responsive and knowledgeable. The actual delivery was going to be too quick, so they held it for a few days to make sure it was delivered at the right time. Painting was wrapped professionally, and there was no damage. Would use again and highly recommend.

I needed receipt ( ive lost original one ) for the service they provided over 4 months ago.
Called them with no hope, but i had it sent to my email in 30 minutes !

It was crucial for me to avoid customs charges ( returning my belongings i were using on my holiday )

Also shipment cost were super cheap too !
