My feedback is positive and highly satisfactory. I am very pleased with their service.

From the very beginning, they kept me informed about the progress of the shipment and promptly provided the commercial invoice. They were proactive in updating me on the delivery status and also advised me on the necessary documents required for customs clearance.

When I received the package, I was impressed by the wooden crate packaging—it was perfectly done and provided excellent protection for the artwork inside.

Overall, it was an extremely satisfying experience, and I give them a full 5-star rating.

I needed to send a picture from Switzerland to London and cannot recommend highly enough the service I received from Pack & Send based in Elephant and Castle. I had a wonderful experience with Koudy, who was super prompt and efficient at securing, packing and shipping my wive's mobile phone, which we had forgotten while in town (we are from the US).

Koudy was super fast upon first contact and in a matter of hours had arranged for a pick up of the phone, all while keeping me informed of the step by step. Excellent communication, fair pricing, and superb customer service. Will use them again for future needs.

Excellent service from start to finish! I had a complicated issue to send a computer and various parts from London to Dubai recently and it was expertly and carefully packed and delivered thanks to the team at Pack Send. A big, huge and heartfelt thank you to Koudy who not only organised and coordinated the collection and wrapping but kindly dealt with all my many, many questions and worries! He helped finding the best and safest packing options at a good price. Plus thank you to the wonderful collection person/driver who so delicately and diligently packed the computer and parts on collection without rushing, checking all parts were packed carefully.
