The team at Croydon were excellent and were very, very helpful. However once the package got to NZ things went wrong and the delivery by NZ Post was poorly handled. It took a couple of weeks to reach us once it had landed. If you have a rural address in NZ, don't let Pack and Send use NZ Post as the courier.

It was a fragile item that needed to be packed and posted with delicacy You did a great job, responded to my individual needs and made the paperwork for entry into EU easy. My wife and I are building a new home in Australia. We wanted to purchase an appliance that is not available here, but we found it online from a UK company. Unfortunately that company only delivered locally. A quick online search helped me find Pack & Send in Croyden which was very close to the supplier. Cannot fault the service I received.

Really good service. When choosing someone to collect, pack, and send a lot from an auction house, not only were Pack & Send the most competitive (1/3 of the highest quote) but they were the quickest to quote. The packaging of a flat artwork to avoid damage was first class and based on my experience, I would highly recommend them.
