We received a delivery of approximately 45 meters of garage flooring this morning. The promptness of the delivery was greatly appreciated, however, I would like to express my concern regarding the driver's demeanor. From the moment he arrived, he seemed to be inconvenienced by our presence. When my partner politely inquired if we could inspect the pallet since we were expecting two deliveries, his response was quite curt. He then proceeded to inform us that he could not deliver the pallet anyway as there was another pallet blocking the way. My partner was understandably confused as to why he would drive across the country to make a delivery only to say that there was an obstacle preventing him from doing so. She then asked why he couldn't simply move the other pallet, which was met with more sighs and complaints. He eventually moved the pallet, but then asked to block in our neighbor's car. When my partner politely asked if he could move it down a little, he became defensive and stated that my nabour could not move his vehicle because he had a flat tire anyway. It is understandable that delivery drivers may encounter challenging situations, but the driver's attitude was unnecessarily and disrespectful. I believe that it would be beneficial for him to receive some customer service training to improve his interactions with customers in the future(
