We had a very positive experience with P and O Removals. They were quick to respond to our initial enquiry and came to give us an estimate and provide good quality packing materials promptly. We were very pleased with the way in which Pete and his son worked very hard , as did their colleague, to ensure that our move went smoothly and quickly. They just got on with it!! A very good service for a very good price. Would definitely recommend.

By far the best Removals experience we have had. Nothing was too much trouble, they were very timely and the men were extremely polite and efficient, with a very high work rate. A large divan mattress caused problems on the staircase and without any fuss, they whipped a door off its hinges to allow the extra room needed, got the bed down and had the door hanging again within minutes. Peter was calm and reassuring and coped with a change of date at fairly short notice, followed by an unexpected request for several weeks storage. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Do not trust these people with your items you will not get all of what you put in storage back. Very rude and unhelpful people. We had to put our stuff into storage it was in there for just under 12 months and when returned by p&o late a number of items including a washing machine were damaged, clothes, pots and pans, my mums Navy stuff and a blue ray dvd player was missing. The boxes were also damp and had holes that looked a lot like bite marks in, i am assuming they have a rat problem. When delivering the items we put in storage one of the movers a bald man who was more interested in going to the pub and getting paid instead of doing his job was a rude man who kept complaining about how much stuff we had. He also made my 15 year old brother get in his van and move boxes, despite it being his job not my brothers. We phoned up 3 times they did not answer or return the call the first 2 times we phoned up a third time and was on the phone to a rude man who completely dismissed us and did not help us at all. Very disappointed and definitely going to seek legal advice. Please do not trust this storage company.

Turned up on time and I do feel bad about the rest of my review but unfortunately not good broke the bottom of bedroom door which I will now have to pay to have fixed, broke the top off of a large Rum Pot that was my grandfathers, Dent in fridge freezer side and top top it all items left in garage, I have had to pay another firm SAS removals to come back on a good Friday to deliver what was left. More money not happy. I tried to phone P&O 4 times to let them know what was left and they did not pick up.

We really didn't have a good experience with these guys - damaged goods amongst other issues which still are not completely resolved, (ie presuming on our old neighbour to store goods in her garage for us at no charge, because they didn't want to complete the job late on the same day ) - which I thought was pretty normal in this line of work to be honest. Expectation of our involvement in the process when I thought I had paid for the whole thing to be done completely by them. I don't want to be rude as it wasn't all bad, but I was so disappointed in the end , I felt we had co-operated fully with the quotation process and was told they could handle the job. Nice enough people but it has ended rather badly with a dispute. I can not in all honesty give them a thumbs up.

I have used these guys twice, once for a move within Plymouth, and once for the 3 beds house move up north. Both time was extremely impressed by the professional attitude, punctuality and very good pricing of their services. Would not hesitate at all to call them again, should i need to move again.
