Excellent customer service; prompt, polite, and professional. I regularly use this post office for personal and business mail; never had an issue. The staff and management are very helpful, friendly and hard-working. As well as being a post office, they have a good selection of products for purchase, from food and snacks, household goods, to stationery, greeting cards and gifts!

I came into the post office today I was in a rush and had a package to return back and asked to borrow cellotape. Last time I came i was kindly given tape to borrow however today I was told I had to pay 2 pounds for the tape which is ridiculous. So I’ve got tape unnecessary which I could have used my own tape at home I won’t do that again!

Every single time I'm forced to go here it is an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. If you need a pen they will make you buy one, oh and minimum card spend is £3. Need to stick down the letter with a bit of tape, oh no that's right buy some. If they could charge entry fee they would. It's not to say that this is made up by stellar customer service because it most certainly is not. Blank faced, barely polite, unfriendly and borderline hostile and unapproachable.
