Easy to access site now inside pharmacy. Maybe I was lucky to find them quiet but excellent and friendly service. Staff even helpfully prepped my package with there tape. Happy customer.

You go to the post office thinking about buying a card and envelopes and there is nothing there. you hear the answer that you can get it to other stores than the post office 🤪

Absolutely shocking. There are always cues stretching out the door while one staff member works and the manager sits in the office and ignores customers. When the manager is working, he give you wrong information about posting. Told me I couldn’t post a parcel that I had paid for online without a sales order manifest. Called Royal Mail and they said this was wrong as I don’t have a business account and that he should know better and they will be investigating this outlet as they’ve had numerous complaints about parcels not being shipped on time or wrong information being given by him.
They also sell cheap phones that stop working after a week. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Quick service!! Everything has changed as they now have two tills open. Polite and helpful staff. I’d happily make another trip there knowing my needs will be fulfilled. Definitely recommend!!

I have had a very bad experience with this email. When I send letters, they always try to give me a more expensive stamp. I have already overpaid on shipping several times. They probably do it to increase turnover. I have to pay attention to them every time. Does it never skimp. I do not recommend this point.
