Really great service. Positive experience with Ivonne, really kind and explained everything, was sad when I couldn’t get a statement but she explained that she can do a balance for me, and then told me when my bank is in they will show me statement. Amazing!! So kind and helpful !

Really good experience. Yvone informed me of the day my bank would be in and also showed me what she can do. Made me feel really good to be able to take cash out of a person, I struggle with my hearing and she was so patient and polite. Thankful for her taking the time to explain so I understand

I attended the banking hub in Ossett on Thursday both staff susie and Yvonne were both amazing in helping me set up the business banking online and also the app for santander, I am a barclays customer but both staff helped me to register online with Santander,they were both professional and patient highly recommended

Brilliant addition to ossett especially with the other banks closing down. I use the banking hub on the regular and staff are always very friendly, especially Yvonne who is always happy to help with any issues I may have 🙂
