I had to leave this review as OPX is one of the very few better agencies to work under and Shannon as a recruiter was especially really efficient and helpful at her job in helping me and my brother secure a job that meets our specific needs pretty much instantly without having to waste any time going back and worth. Have been working with OPX for a few months now. In my area work availability is very limited but Megan and Shannon have been absolute stars at finding and getting me into work where ever possible. Staff who I have encountered are all very well mannered and helpful. Would recommend for anyone struggling to find work.

Good agency to work for, had a rapid onboarding process. Took very little time to get into working and my contact Shannon has been consistently helpful and responsive to queries and issues I've had while working.

Only criticism I have is I wish the process for booking holidays was more streamlined. Wasn't a huge issue, but could be improved.

Will be the first people I contact if I decide to get into agency work again.
