Avoid One Motion Logistics – especially if you’re working in Bristol, Oxford, Swindon, or Wales.
This company preys on drivers. My experience with them has been nothing short of disgraceful.

They withheld 5 weeks of my wages from the start of my contract, calling it “standard,” and after I left on 30/05/2025, I received no final payment—despite working my full notice and even helping beyond that.

Instead of getting paid, they sent me a £7,000 bill, made up of completely unjustified charges:
• Van damage they claimed after confirming there were no outstanding charges (£500 invoice came days later)
• Parcel fines – £7 per late or returned parcel. One day this added up to nearly £300
• Training other drivers – I was promised extra pay for training new recruits. Never received a penny
• Helping other drivers’ routes – After finishing my own route (on my fuel), I was expected to help others for no extra pay, even though they promised extra

The pay structure is a joke. They advertise £220 per day, but what they don’t tell you is:
• You pay for your own fuel, insurance, AdBlue, tyres, road tax on fuel
• One Motion’s “£220/day” quickly turns into £120 or less once everything’s deducted

I even received a bus lane fine for £30, and instead of just passing it on, they added a £60 “admin fee”—twice the cost of the actual fine. Utterly ridiculous and incredibly frustrating.

As for management—everyone acts like they’re in charge, but no one takes responsibility. I dealt with Denar Pereira, Dan, Stan, Will, and Dom—none of them offered any real help or accountability. Just excuses.

I’ve reported this to ACAS, HMRC, and have filed a Small Claims Court claim.
This company is not just unprofessional—it’s predatory. If you’re considering working with One Motion Logistics:
Don’t. Run the other way.
